Mark did a great job repairing some tricky damage to my living room ceiling and downstairs bathroom caused be an unknown leak from an upstairs door frame issue and bathroom issue. He found the problems, took the time and (much) effort to figure out how to compensate for a design flaw in the upstairs door frame leading to the deck, brought in a great plumber for the bathroom issue, and went far above the call of duty on the job.
Plus, he recommended and coordinated with a seamless gutter company to get some needed roof line gutters installed, and he recognized a problem with the deck and got it stabilized.
Basically, I’d been putting up with some design flaw issues on the house that Mark recognized, diagnosed, and fixed all while accommodating my schedule and some very tricky issues about how to get the fixes in place.
He’s good.
