This fence is coming together quick! Wood fence part is almost done, just need to build the double gate. Next we’ll start on the chain link part of the fence.

Framing Project
A local resident of Bryan/College Station reached out to MJV Carpentry to help him completely renovate one of his rental houses. It was an older home that was in need of repairs, but the home owner’s dreams were much bigger. He planned to reconfigure the interior of the home as well as add new windows and roof. He also wanted to add all new Hardie Siding to the exterior of the home. The project is still in process, but here are some of the pictures of the process.

Church Kitchen Remodel
MJV Carpentry recently had the opportunity to help a local church renovate their kitchen. We installed new cabinets, countertop, trim, and sink. This project included having to move some water pipes for the sink and electrical outlets. Now this church has a beautiful space to serve food from or simply stand around sipping coffee while socializing!
